6.2 and 6.3 have been working on an advocacy campaign to help prevent habitat destruction through the mining of coltan in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

What can you do to help the chimpanzees survive?

Well, donating a broken, old, unwanted phones and devices to the front office, is a great way to act on this. There is currently a collection bin located in the front office for you to place unwanted devices ready for recycling.

When you donate to the bin, the devices will be recycled and go towards making a new device so instead of destroying habitats and causing pollutants to release into the air, unused devices will change the cycle and no chimpanzees are harmed in the process.

Your devices will be highly appreciated not only by our school community but to the chimpanzees and the environment.
