What a wonderful celebration of leadership at our Student Leadership Assembly this week!

Our Year 1 students began the assembly with a beautiful Acknowledgement of Country in Kaurna, honouring the traditional custodians of the land on which we learn and grow. They chanted with such confidence and respect, a powerful reminder that leadership begins at every age.

The assembly was a true celebration of student voice and action. We recognised our 2026 Student Leaders and the courage of all students who put themselves forward for leadership roles. Taking that brave step to apply is leadership in itself, and we are proud of every student who chose to have a go.

Throughout the assembly, we reflected on what it means to lead in our community – listening to others, standing up for what matters, and turning ideas into action. Our student leaders are ready to make a positive difference, and we look forward to seeing the many ways they will contribute to our school community this year.
