Weekly Wrap Up
Dear Families, It has been another successful week of learning at Brighton, highlighted by our joyful celebration of Harmony Day. Students proudly wore orange or traditional national dress, creating a vibrant display of inclusion and diversity across our school.
On Thursday the whole school came together to sing and sign “We Are Amazing”, a powerful moment that reflected our shared values of respect, empathy, excellence and inclusivity. Students then enjoyed a picnic lunch with their buddy classes. In a thoughtful gesture, older students made friendship bracelets for their younger buddies and presented them during the picnic, strengthening connections and celebrating what makes each of us unique. Thank you to the parents and grandparents who joined us for this celebration.
A reminder that our Parents and Friends will be hosting a democracy sausage sizzle at school tomorrow, raising funds to support improvements to our school facilities.
Enjoy the weekend.
Warm Regards, Rebecca
