Dear families, what a wonderful week it has been at Brighton! Our Foundation to Year 2 students enjoyed a very special Peter Coombe concert, filling the school with music, energy and plenty of smiles. It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to come together and enjoy the joy of live performance.

We were also incredibly proud to attend the Mawson 3 and 4 Learning Expedition launch at Brighton Library. Our students shared their learning journey, ‘Belonging in the Brighton Community’, with families and members of our wider community. Listening to the students share their thinking, learning and connections to our community was a wonderful reminder that our community is in very good hands.

There is lots to look forward to as we head into our final week of Term 3! We have our Art Show, the Year 4 Cookbook launch, performances from our wonderful Signing and Singing Choirs, and, to finish the term, the much-anticipated Colour Fun Run! What a fantastic way to finish a successful term of learning. We look forward to celebrating together!
