We love our sport at Brighton, and our students had a fantastic day competing at the School Sports Basketball Competition.

Both our girls’ and boys’ teams showed great teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day. Both teams finished 3rd, putting in some excellent performances and representing Brighton proudly.

The girls went on to play their third-versus-third game and came away with a well-deserved win. The boys also competed strongly in their third-versus-third game, giving it their all despite not getting the result they were hoping for.

It was wonderful to see our students supporting one another, showing great sportsmanship and enjoying the opportunity to compete.

Well done to all our basketballers! We are very proud of you!
