Hello Brighton Primary Parents,

We are excited to be offering Term 2 of our successful Young Creatives arts program, available to local primary school students aged 7 – 12 years. We are taking expressions of interest for new participants now and please ask that you share this with your parent community.

This unique children’s arts program responds to community demand, providing young people with an exciting opportunity to participate in a series of engaging workshops at a subsidized cost.

Please find attached a promotional image to share with your community, with suggested wording as per below. As places are very limited, and the first workshop commencing on Wednesday 7 May; we’d love for this to go out to the community as soon as possible. If you could please share via your family noticeboards/communications/newsletter, we’d be most appreciative.

Do you have a young person interested in the Arts? Would they like the opportunity to develop their creative skills? City of Holdfast Bay are excited to offer Term 2 of our Young Creatives program, offering a 6-week arts based workshop series working with local Artist, Rebecca Prince. Sessions held weekly Wednesdays from 7 May – 11 June (inclusive), 4-5pm at the Holdfast Bay Community Centre.  Available for students aged 7 – 12 years who live or attend school within the City of Holdfast Bay, new participants only.
