One of the coveted prizes from P&F Quiz Night Silent Auction, is the opportunity to be Principal for the Day. Jack, Harry and Oscar had this experience on Wednesday so that Jo could take it easy(!). They confidently welcomed our new families at their first Buzzy Bees session, presented medals for Premier’s Reading Challenge, planned a lunch time activity for students, and observed classes to award and present Values in Action Awards. They reflected at the end of the day…

Jack: I learned that being a Principal is fun. The best part is handing out the values awards and the Premiers Reading Challenge medals.

Oscar: I want to be a space scientist when I grow up. The most interesting part of being an Assistant Principal is giving out awards.

Harry: I would like to be a builder. I enjoyed walking around the school and taking photos of our school values in action.
