Dear Families,

P&F Committee are pleased to announce the Brighton Primary School and Centre of Deaf Education Disco will be held on Friday 27th of March.

Hosted by the Parents & Friends Committee and BPS Staff caring for your children.

Disco Times:

–         4pm – 4.30pm for Foundation students

–         4.45pm – 5.30pm for Year 1 & Year 2 students

–         5.45pm – 6.30pm for Year 3 & Year 4 students

–         6.45pm – 7.30pm for Year 5 & Year 6 students

Ticket Purchasing:

–         Tickets $5 each

–         In Qkr! Go to Menu – Parents and Friends Events – School Disco. 

·        Choose each child separately and click on the session applicable to their year, repeat for each child.

·        Complete the attached Qkr! form with the name of each student and the emergency carer’s contact details for on disco night.

–         Please note the disco is for BPS students only.

–         Purchasing will be available on Qkr! until 8.30am on Wednesday 25th March.

–          For each ticket purchased a wristband will be sent home.  Each child attending the disco will need to arrive wearing their wristband.

Drop off and Pick Up:

–         Venue is the School hall

–         Each session is a ‘lock-in’ with access only to the toilet facilities. 

–         Please note parents are not allowed in the hall during the disco.

–         At the end of each session, the students will be dismissed class by class, for parents/carers to collect their children from the courts.

Water is provided during the disco and refreshments given to each student when leaving.

For those students who may be sensitive to noise, please bring headphones or ear plugs.
