What a terrific day for everyone at Brighton for Sports Day! After a sprinkle of rain, grey skies kept us cool and eventually cleared to blue for the final relays of the day. Thanks to the whole community for contributing to such a joyful atmosphere. Marek, Jeff and all the staff, Uncle Tamaru for his Welcome to Country, year 6 House Captains and Mascots, volunteers behind the scenes, in the canteen and working the BBQ, families for their cheering and support, and all the students who truly lived our school values of respect, inclusivity, empathy and excellence today.

Final scores saw Flinders take the shield, and everyone was a winner judging by the smiles!
