Weekly Wrap Up
Dear Families,
The highlight this week has been the Year 4 Camp. Over 100 students, 7 staff members and 5 parent volunteers went to an overnight camp to Woodhouse in the Adelaide hills. This adventure was filled with outdoor activities that encouraged teamwork, resilience, and a love for nature. Students enjoyed challenges like the Challenge Hill course, Laser Tag, Tube Slide and the Survivor challenge. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to bond and create lasting memories of their primary school days. A big shout to all the staff and parent volunteers who supported the students and ensured that everyone had a great time.
The Year 4 Camp marks the conclusion of our 2025 camp program. This year, our students have ventured to Woodhouse, AFL Max, and Canberra. Each camp offering unique opportunities for learning, social development and adventure. This experience is a testament to the dedication of our staff, who work tirelessly to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all students. Camps play a vital role in student development including building friendships, creating lasting memories, and fostering resilience and independence. Our students return from camp with new skills, greater confidence, and a strong sense of connection with their peers and educators. We look forward to our 2026 Camp program.
Thank you for your ongoing support and participation in your child’s learning journey.
Enjoy the weekend.
Warm Regards, Rebecca
