Weekly Wrap Up

Dear Families,

This week our Year 6 students headed to Canberra for the first camp in our 2026 camp program. The trip provides students with the opportunity to visit many of our nation’s most important places, including Parliament House, Royal Australian Mint, Government House and other national landmarks, helping bring their learning about Australia’s history, democracy and government to life.

School camps are a valuable part of our learning program. They give students the chance to develop independence, build confidence and strengthen friendships while sharing new experiences together. Camps also support teamwork, resilience and problem solving as students step outside their usual routines. This year we are pleased to offer students in Years 4, 5 and 6 the opportunity to participate in a camp experience.

We look forward to hearing about the highlights from our Year 6 students when they return and thank the staff who have supported this wonderful learning opportunity.

Enjoy the weekend.

Warm Regards, Rebecca
