Wrapping Up a Wonderful Year at Brighton
Dear families,
As we come to the end of another successful year of learning at Brighton, we reflect with pride on a final week filled with connection, celebration and community spirit.
It was wonderful to see so many families join us for our End of Year Celebration. Your presence and support mean so much and truly reflect the strong partnership we share. We were also delighted to host our volunteer breakfast, a small way to express our heartfelt gratitude to the many volunteers who give so generously of their time throughout the year, especially our dedicated breakfast volunteers.
A highlight of the week was celebrating our Year 6 Graduation. To the Class of 2025, we wish you every success as you take your next steps. You will always be part of the Brighton community.
We also farewelled several long serving and highly valued staff members Janice, Lyn, Nicole and Catharine. We thank them for their significant contributions and lasting impact on our school.
To all staff, thank you for your professionalism, care and commitment throughout the year. To our families, thank you for your ongoing support and trust. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our Governing Council members and Parents and Friends Committee for their time, dedication and commitment to our community.
As we farewell families and a small number of staff who will not be returning in 2026, we wish you all the very best. We would like to thank Zoe, Ellie, Kasey and Aya for their dedication to their students and their learning. With only a small change in staffing next year, we look forward to building on the strong foundations already in place.
Thank you for being part of another memorable year at Brighton. We wish everyone a safe, restful and happy break.
We look forward to welcoming the children back to school on Wednesday 28 January 2026.
Warm Regards, Rebecca
