We were delighted to celebrate the launch of the Year 4 cookbook, Little Hands in the Big Kitchen, on Tuesday afternoon. This book is a special project created through students’ Learning Expedition over the past few terms. Inspired by visits to Lenswood Apple Farm and the Adelaide Central Markets, conversations with dietitians, and hands-on cooking sessions at school, this cookbook showcases the students’ learning, creativity and enthusiasm for food. We hope the recipes and information inside inspire families to enjoy cooking together, make healthy choices, and discover the joy and connection that food can bring.
