During term 1 in Visual Arts Year 5/6 classes focussed on Street Art .The children practised various styles of lettering based on work we had viewed from graffiti artists based in Europe. They distinguished and learned the different styles from free hand and stencilling .The children created their own tag, throw and piece.

The children also took a closer look at the features of the face including the eye and practised with pencil or charcoal. Neurographic art features in the background of the portraits.
